The CDC has approved a third dose of vaccine for children 5-11 years old. CMC will be doing the Covid vaccine boosters via a vaccine clinic again. Please make sure it has been five months since your child’s initial 2 shot series was completed and schedule under the vaccine visit option in your MyChart account. If it has not been five months since your 2nd dose your appointment will be cancelled.
