Additional Office Services
Children’s Medical Center has a caring office staff composed of experienced medical assistants (MA) and pediatric nurses. Both medical assistants and nurses can check in your child and work closely with the pediatrician to evaluate and treat your child during his or her appointment.
We have several pediatric nurses who are always available. Besides performing many tasks in the clinic, our pediatric nurses may help answer your questions over the phone during office hours using nationally accredited pediatric telephone protocols.
After hour calls are triaged by the Children’s Hospital After Hours Call Center.
