The pediatricians and staff at Children’s Medical Center are excited to announce that Dr. Katie Ginder has joined our group of pediatricians.
Dr. Katie Ginder joined Children’s Medical Center in September of 2018. Dr. Katie was born and raised in a small town in Iowa. She met her husband during her undergraduate time at DU.
They relocated to southern California for her medical school at the University of Health Sciences as well as residency at CHOC Children’s Hospital in Orange County. After residency she stayed at CHOC for a year as Chief Resident, then she and her husband happily moved back to Denver where she has been working as a pediatrician in private practice. They have 2 active sons and a stubborn Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Dr. Katie’s believes that as a pediatrician her job is to provide education, guidance and support for the whole family as your child grows. Her clinical interests include obesity prevention, sports medicine and infectious disease. When not working she and her family enjoy spending time in the mountains, skiing, golfing, and cooking.
