CMC will be implementing same day sick scheduling beginning Saturday, September 23rd. The roll out will be slow so that we can figure out our system and workflow in the clinic. There is a new option under your schedule an appointment tab that is for the same day sick appointment. Please make sure to use these slots for sick issues, not chronic conditions. The nurses will be reviewing the schedule tickets and calling to reschedule appointments for chronic conditions that need to be scheduled with your PCP. The doctors who are in the office that day, with same day scheduling slots, will show up for an appointment. We also have slots for the nurses to schedule in so if you prefer to call the office, we will schedule the same day sick through our triage line as usual. Please remember Saturday sick visits are with the first available provider, regardless of which provider you schedule with, Monday through Friday the provider you select is the provider you will see. Please remember to enter through the sick door for sick appointments. Thank you.
