We have been very busy upgrading at CMC. The upgrades that our patients will notice and hopefully appreciate are as follows:
1: New Patient Reminders Started 7/12/22 – CMC will STOP making daily phone call reminders. The new reminder system will give us the ability to remind and have patient responses in real time electronically. PLEASE ENSURE THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON YOUR CURRENT PROFILE IN MY CHART IS THE NUMBER YOU WANT YOUR REMINDERS TO GO TO. There may have been overlap of our old messaging system and the new where you received extra reminders, we apologize for any inconvenience.
2: MyChart Payments Started 5/24/22- We have been working through the kinks on this and most if not all our MyChart active patients should be able to see your balances and pay your bills directly in your MyChart account. The way to view your bill is on the guarantor account on the billing menu. If you have questions or cannot view your balances, please contact the office at 303-830-7337 and select option #2. Next step on this will be statements in your MyChart account which should come closer to 4th Quarter 2022.
3: MyChart Questionnaires started in June- All of the developmental questionnaires we have been giving out at your visits for children ages 2 Months through 5 years have transitioned to MyChart. We are also in the process of implementing a mental health screening for children ages 5-11 which will be available in MyChart soon. Those questionnaires are available through ECheck In under questionnaires. If you have not completed those questionnaires prior to your appointment, we will ask you to do so in the office on your MyChart account.
4: ECheck in will help you and CMC- Please get in the habit of checking in via your MyChart. Up to 3 days prior to you scheduled visit you can Echeck in where you can complete your demographic updates, upload, and update your current insurance information, complete questionnaires and sign your consents electronically. This functionality is vital to our covid/flu clinic success and is very helpful in our day-to-day operations as well. For All Covid vaccines please make sure to choose which dose you are consenting for in the middle of the form before you sign.
