We have released Covid Clinic appointments in MyChart for self scheduling on 6/1, 6/2, and 6/7. If you have a regularly scheduled office visit we can give the immunization at that time. It must be 5 months from dose #2 to receive the immunization. Please complete your Echeck In and Esignature for your consent online prior to your visit. We will continue to monitor demand and either schedule additional clinics or nurse visit slots.
