Families who have signed up for a MyChart account can now schedule well child appointments online. Online appointment scheduling is available for patients two years of age and older for appointments 30-90 days in the future.
This is a feature that many patient families have requested, and Children’s Medical Center is excited to include it as part of our secure, online health portal.
To schedule a Well Child Appointment
for a child two years of age or older:
- Log in to MyChart.
- Access the record of the child for whom you’d like to schedule the appointment.
- Hover over the Visits tab and select “Schedule an Appointment”
- Complete the form.

If you would like to request MyChart access to take advantage of CMC’s online scheduling feature, review health records, and send secure messages to Children’s Medical Center’s pediatricians, please call us at 303-830-7337 and choose Option 2. You may also sign up at your next office visit.
