Just a few reminders and clarifications:
CMC will only give immunizations to our patients, we CANNOT immunize anyone who is not a current patient of our clinic.
CMC is administering Covid vaccines during regular clinic appointments, no need for a vaccine only appointment if you are already coming to the office, if you need siblings flu or covid vaccines we can also administer those via a nurse visit appointment at the same time as your current clinic appointment, no need for additional visits.
We are happy to give 2nd Covid vaccines even if you did not get your first dose here, YOU MUST BRING YOUR IMMUNIZATION CARD FROM THE FIRST DOSE WITH YOU. We are having difficulty with some of the vendors not putting other administered doses in the state system for us to see.
The boosters referenced in the previous message that can be scheduled in the clinics slots are for flu boosters only. The approval for everyone to get Covid boosters has not happened at the federal level, until it does, we will not be able to give Covid boosters (3rd doses). As a vaccine provider we agree to only use our doses for FDA approved uses.
Any appointments that do not comply with the above rules will be cancelled. Thank you.
