Parent Flu Vaccine Now Available
CMC did receive the waitlist Quadrivalent Flu vaccine that we requested which makes it possible for parents to now get their Flu vaccine here at CMC. This is still a convenience for parents we cannot bill insurance, give itemized receipts, or billing codes. Flu shots will be $45, please pay at the front desk and complete your form prior to going to the back for your shot, this will speed up the process for everyone. Thank you.
